

Delivery Policy
Lab4ir uses a courier company for delivery of physical products throughout South Africa and the delivery timeframe is between 2 to 5 days based on the location of the customer. The customer will prepay the delivery fees at the time of the purchase of the physical goods.
The courier partner delivers weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00 and will perform the required RICA verification of the ID document and proof of Physical Address.
Should the documents not match the customers captured details, the delivery will be aborted, and the package returned until the necessary corrections have been made and the delivery rescheduled.
The customer must ensure that they have the following documents available for the courier.

A valid ID plus a copy for (Customer Name and Surname), (Customer ID) – ( Green bar-coded ID Book, Smart ID, Temporary ID issued by Home Affairs or Passport) Unfortunately a driver’s license does not qualify as an acceptable form of ID for RICA

Original proof of Residence plus a copy which must match your address you supplied - (Full home address from system)(Bank statement, Municipal Account, Cell Phone or Retail Account that is not older than 3 months) (Full home address from system)
Returns and Refunds:
Devices must be returned to Lab4ir via the approved courier network and must consist of the full packaging, contents such as cables, manuals, and the original courier documentation.

Your return may be considered under the following conditions:

If there has been an out of box failure within 7 days of receipt of goods.

If it is allowed within the CPA regulations within 10 days of receipt of goods.
